This video will show you the steps to locking your Apple iPhone's screen in place. You need to open up Cydia and search for "Rotation Inhibitor". Simply install Rotation Inhibitor, restart the SpringBoard, then open up Cydia again and click on "Future Packages" and install "SBSettings". Then re-Spring again.
